糖尿病足感染患者血清PCT、SAA水平及其与病情的关系

Serum PCT and SAA Levels of Patients with Diabetic Foot Infection and the Correlation with the Disease

目的探讨与分析糖尿病足(DF)感染患者血清降钙素原(PCT)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平及其与病情的关系。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月我院收治的100例DF感染患者为观察组,以同期100例单纯DF患者为对照组。检测两组的SAA、PCT水平,分析其与DF感染患者病情的关系。结果观察组PCT、SAA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。PCT、SAA诊断DF感染的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.890、0.932。PCT、SAA水平在轻度组、中度组、重度组依次升高(P<0.05)。治疗后80例(80.00%)的患者治愈。治愈组PCT、SAA水平低于未治愈组(P<0.05)。结论DF感染患者SAA、PCT水平异常升高,二者与DF感染的严重程度相关,可用于患者预后的评估。

Objective To explore and analyze the serum procalcitonin(PCT)and serum amyloid A(SAA)levels of patients with diabetic foot(DF)infection and the correlation with the disease.Methods 100 patients with DF infection admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as observation group,100 patients with simple DF at the same period were selected as control group.The SAA and PCT levels of the two groups were detected,and the correlation with the disease of patients with DF infection was analyzed.Results The PCT and SAA levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of PCT and SAA in the diagnosis of DF infection were 0.890 and 0.932 respectively.The PCT and SAA levels increased successively in mild group,moderate group and severe group(P<0.05).After treatment,80 cases(80.00%)of patients were cured.The PCT and SAA levels of the cured group were lower than those of the uncured group(P<0.05).Conclusions The SAA and PCT levels of patients with DF infection abnormally increase.The SAA and PCT levels are related to the severity of DF infection and can be used to evaluate the prognosis.
