二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Metformin Combined with Insulin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and the Impact on Pregnancy Outcomes

目的探讨二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月我院收治的76例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照数字奇偶法分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组给予二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素治疗,比较两组的血糖指标(FPG、2hPG)、生化指标(HCY、CysC)以及不良妊娠结局。结果治疗后,观察组的FPG、2hPG、HCY、CysC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为18.4%,低于对照组的42.1%(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者可提高血糖控制效果,降低血清HCY、CysC水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and the impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods 76 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to the digital odd-even method.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with insulin aspart.The blood glucose indicators(FPG,2hPG),biochemical indicators(HCY,CysC),and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FPG,2hPG,HCY and CysC levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 18.4%,lower than 42.1%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Metformin combined with insulin can improve the blood glucose control effect of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,reduce the serum HCY and CysC levels,and improve the pregnancy outcomes.
