复方血栓通胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗对稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛发作次数、PLT及IL-6水平的影响

Influence of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules Combined with Nifedipine on the Angina Pectoris Attack Times, PLT and IL-6 Level in Patients with Stable Angina

目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗对稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者心绞痛发作次数、血小板计数(PLT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的86例SA患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采用硝苯地平片治疗,观察组采用复方血栓通胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、PLT、IL-6水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,两组的心绞痛发作次数、PLT、IL-6水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的心绞痛发作次数较少,PLT较高,IL-6水平较低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率(13.95%vs.9.30%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊联合硝苯地平治疗SA患者可有效减少心绞痛发作次数,提高PLT,减轻其炎性反应,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the influence of compound Xueshuantong capsules combined with nifedipine on the angina pectoris attack times,platelet count(PLT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)level in patients with stable angina(SA).Methods 86 SA patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsules combined with nifedipine.The angina pectoris attack times,PLT,IL-6 level and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the angina pectoris attack times,PLT and IL-6 levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the angina pectoris attack times of the observation group were fewer,the PLT was higher,and the IL-6 level was lower(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(13.95%vs.9.30%)during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compound Xueshuantong capsules combined with nifedipine can effectively reduce the angina pectoris attack times,improve the PLT,and reduce inflammatory reactions in SA patients with higher safety.
