临床护理路径联合健康生活管理对高血压患者血压控制效果及不良风险事件的影响

Influence of Clinical Nursing Path Combined with Healthy Life Management on Blood Pressure Control Effect and Adverse Risk Events in Patients with Hypertension

目的探讨临床护理路径联合健康生活管理对高血压患者血压控制效果及不良风险事件的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月我院收治的80例高血压患者,按照奇偶分配原则分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径联合健康生活管理。比较两组的血压水平、自我管理行为评分及不良风险事件发生率。结果干预后,观察组的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我管理行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组不良风险事件发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的15.0%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径联合健康生活管理可改善高血压患者的自我管理行为,降低血压和不良风险事件发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing path combined with healthy life management on blood pressure control effect and adverse risk events in patients with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with hypertension admitted to hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the parity allocation principle.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing path combined with healthy life management.The blood pressure level,self-management behavior score and incidence of adverse risk events were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-management behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up,the incidence of adverse risk events in the observation group was 2.5%,lower than 15.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing path combined with healthy life management can improve the self-management behavior of patients with hypertension,and reduce the blood pressure and incidence of adverse risk events.
