基于人文关怀理念的个体化护理在白血病患者化疗中的应用

Application of Individualized Nursing Based on Humanistic Care Concept in Chemotherapy of Patients with Leukemia

目的探讨基于人文关怀理念的个体化护理在白血病患者化疗中的应用效果。方法将60例白血病患者随机分为两组,对照组化疗期间应用常规护理,观察组应用基于人文关怀理念的个体化护理。比较两组患者的健康知识掌握度、负性情绪评分与并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组健康知识掌握度评分高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀理念的个体化护理在白血病患者化疗中的应用效果较好,可显著提升患者健康知识掌握度,改善其负性情绪,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing based on humanistic care concept in chemotherapy of patients with leukemia.Methods 60 patients with leukemia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing during chemotherapy,while the observation group received individualized nursing based on humanistic care concept.The mastery degree of health knowledge,negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of health knowledge mastery degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing based on humanistic care concept in chemotherapy of patients with leukemia has better application effect,which can significantly improve the health knowledge mastery degree and negative emotions,and reduce the risk of complications.
