预见性护理在植入式静脉输液港化疗患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨预见性护理在植入式静脉输液港化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的301例植入式静脉输液港化疗患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(n=150)和观察组(n=151)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用预见性护理,比较两组患者的输液港并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组输液港并发症发生率为5.96%,明显低于对照组的18.67%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.01%,明显高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够明显降低植入式静脉输液港化疗患者的输液港并发症发生率,提升其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in chemotherapy patients with implantable venous access port.Methods 301 chemotherapy patients with implantable venous access port admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=150)and observation group(n=151)according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of infusion port complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infusion port complications in the observation group was 5.96%,significantly lower than 18.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.01%,significantly higher than 86.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of infusion port complications in chemotherapy patients with implantable venous infusion port,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
