摘要
目的分析基于心理护理的综合护理措施对肝癌患者术后心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法将2020年6月至2021年10月我院收治的150例肝癌手术患者随机分为对照组(75例,常规护理)、综合护理组(75例,常规护理+基于心理护理的综合护理措施),比较两组患者的心理状态与生活质量。结果护理后,综合护理组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于心理护理的综合护理措施可显著改善肝癌患者术后负性情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing measures based on psychological nursing on postoperative psychological state and quality of life in patients with liver cancer.Methods 150 patients with liver cancer surgery in our hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group(75 cases,routine nursing)and comprehensive nursing group(75 cases,routine nursing+comprehensive nursing measures based on psychological nursing).The psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the comprehensive nursing group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing measures based on psychological nursing can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients after liver cancer surgery,and improve the quality of life.
