文旅融合背景下工业遗址景观弹性修复——以南京江南水泥厂设计为例

Restoration of Industrial Heritage Sites under the Background of Cultural and Tourism Integration

以“工业遗址重构,景观弹性修复”为目标,选取南京江南水泥厂工业遗产作为研究对象,分析其工业遗产目前所存在的挑战与问题,进而对其进行提升改造设计,使场地环境与城市历史记忆相互交织,从而构建一条集城市记忆、历史文化、生态绿化、旅游开发于一体的后现代新工业遗址景观。并通过借助国内外成功案例,研究工业景观的弹性修复对策,尝试为文旅融合背景下工业遗址景观修复提供一个可借鉴的窗口。

Taking the aim of “industrial site reconstruction,landscape elastic restoration”,this paper selects the industrial heritage of Nanjing Jiangnan Cement Plant as the research object,and analyzes the current challenges and problems of its industrial heritage,and then carries out the upgrading and transformation design to make the site environment intertwined with the urban historical memory,so as to build a post-modern new industrial heritage landscape integrating urban memory,historical culture,ecological greening and tourism development.With the help of successful cases at home and abroad,this paper studies the elastic restoration strategies of industrial heritage,trying to provide a reference window for the landscape restoration of industrial sites under the background of cultural tourism integration.
