摘要
针对目前以网络销售平台为基础的新生代智能家居产品中用户需求定位模糊的问题,以智能鞋柜设计作为案例。运用TF-IDF算法对数据挖掘得到的在线评论进行分析,从而获取到用户的显性需求;对目前智能鞋柜的专利与学术文献进行分析,获取到相关知识单元并结合显性需求,分析预测用户的隐性需求。最后运用模糊Kano模型对用户需求进行属性分类,为智能鞋柜的创新设计提供设计策略。通过大量真实用户数据的获取分析以及结合趋势技术研究的文献分析,能够解决新生代智能家居产品中用户需求定位模糊的问题,为智能家居产品设计提供新的方法依据。
To address the problem of ambiguous user needs in the new generation of smart home products based on online sales platforms,the smart shoe cabinet design is used as a case study.The TF-IDF algorithm is used to analyze the online reviews obtained from data mining to obtain the explicit needs of users;the current patents and academic literature of smart shoe cabinet are analyzed to obtain the relevant knowledge units and combine with the explicit needs to analyze and predict the implicit needs of users.Finally,the fuzzy Kano model is used to classify user needs and provide design strategies for the innovative design of smart shoe cabinets.The analysis of a large amount of real user data and the literature analysis combined with the trend technology research can solve the problem of fuzzy user demand positioning in new generation smart home products and provide a new methodological basis for smart home product design.
