摘要
以30所独立设置的本科艺术院校为样本,对“推拉理论”视角下艺术院校新生参加迎新活动的动因以及图书馆运营策略进行总结,并结合艺术院校属性和学生特性提出相应的发展建议,以期为艺术院校图书馆更高效地开展迎新工作提供参考。
Using 30 independent undergraduate art colleges as a sample, the author summarizes the motivation and operation strategies of freshmen in art colleges participating in admission education from the perspective of “ push-pull theory”. Accordingly, suggestions for development are put forward based on art colleges and students’ characteristics, in order to provide a reference for art colleges to carry out orientation activities more efficiently.
