公共数字图书馆基础教育支持策略探析——基于美国国会数字图书馆原始资料教学项目的启示

摘要 公共图书馆作为传播教育、文化和信息的一支有生力量,在支持基础教育方面有较大发展空间。文章通过介绍美国国会数字图书馆原始资料教学项目,分析解读项目实践特点,为我国公共数字图书馆与基础教育融合提供参考。研究发现美国国会数字图书馆原始资料教学项目具有挖掘本土知识文化价值、注重原始来源信息素养培育、打造教师发展社区、实施全域推广、依托技术创新等特点,对我国公共数字图书馆基础教育支持服务具有挖掘传统数字文化资源价值、构建教育文化发展良性生态、助力学生综合素养提升、创新学科服务模式、完善配套保障等方面的启示。 Public library,as a living force for education,culture and information,has a great development space in basic education support.This paper mainly introduces the teaching with primary source program of the Digital Library of Congress,analyzes the practical characteristics of the program,and provides practice path for linkage between public digital library and educational industry in China.The characteristics of teaching with primary source program of the Digital Library of Congress are as follows:mining the value of indigenous digital knowledge,focusing on the cultivation of primary source literacy,building teachers’development communities,conducting nationwide promotion,and relying on technological innovation.There are some implications for public digital libraries in China:excavating the value of traditional digital ancient materials,constructing a benign ecology of educational and cultural development,helping students improve their comprehensive literacy,innovating disciplinary service mode and improving supporting services.
