摘要
师范生是“明日之师”,其核心素养关乎中国教育发展。经过十年来的磨炼打造,江苏省师范生教学基本功大赛逐渐发展成为一项品牌赛事,但也存在片面重视比赛获奖、比赛结果运用不够充分、与“互联网+”新技术结合不够紧密等问题。全面总结大赛经验得失,从教育主管部门、行业、高校、教师、学生等利益关联主体出发,从参赛动力、竞赛运行、赛教协同、考核评价等维度入手,聚焦提升大赛内涵品质,系统构建大赛推进的长效机制,推动形成新时代师范生培养的“江苏模式”。
Normal students are "teachers of tomorrow", and their core qualities are related to the rise and fall of China’s education. After ten years of training, the teaching competition of Jiangsu normal students has gradually developed into a brand competition. But there are also some problems such as one-sided attention to winning the prize, insufficient use of the result of the competition, and not being closely integrated with the Internet plus new technology. This paper comprehensively summarizes the gain and loss of the competition experience, starting from the stakeholders such as education authorities, industry, universities, teachers and students, starting from the dimensions of competition motivation, competition operation,competition teaching cooperation, assessment and evaluation, focuses on improving the connotation and quality of the competition, systematically constructs a long-term mechanism for the promotion of the competition, and promotes the formation of a "Jiangsu Mode" of normal students training in the new era.
