A Research of Cultivating Preschool Children’s Moral Trait Basing on the Theory of Educational Psychology

学龄前几年是奠定个体品德发展的重要时期。从教育心理学的视角出发,剖析品德的心理结构和形成过程,希望通过以下途径来突破道德动机与道德行为二元分裂的困局,从而培养幼儿良好品德,提高教师工作的科学性和有效性:在活动中形成正确的道德认识;在体验中获得真实的道德感;在强化中锻炼坚强的道德意志;在指导中养成良好的道德行为。

The period of preschool is important for a person’s development of moral trait. This paper analyzes the psychological structure and developing process of moral trait basing on educational psychology.Some ways will be talked to cultivate preschool children’s good moral trait and enhance the effectiveness of teaching, including learning correct moral cognition from activities, gaining true moral feeling from experience, building up moral will from reinforcing and developing moral behavior from guidance.
