摘要
通过对普惠性民办幼儿园师资队伍建设的现状进行调研,结果表明普惠性民办幼儿园教师队伍建设面临师资队伍数量不足、专业素养较低、师资队伍不够稳定以及职业认同感不足等困境;通过分析提出了加大幼儿园后备师资培养、多举措增强教师职业认同感、多举措增加幼儿园经费投入等策略,以期建设一支具有专业性、稳定性、质量高的普惠性民办幼儿园师资队伍,进而提高学前教育质量。
Through the investigation of the current situation of the construction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers, the results show that the construction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers faces some difficulties such as insufficient number of teachers, low professional quality, unstable teachers and lack of professional identity, etc. Through analysis, this paper puts forward strategies such as increasing the training of kindergarten reserve teachers, enhancing teachers’ professional identity with more measures, and increasing the investment of kindergarten funds with more measures, in order to build a professional, stable and high-quality inclusive private kindergarten teacher team, and improve the quality of preschool education.
