土地革命战争时期,鄂豫皖苏区为打破国民党军队的重重封锁,高度重视苏区的经济建设,建立了统一的财政金融体制,积极进行土改并大力发展农业,保护发展工商业,为巩固壮大工农武装割据政权奠定了基础,也为其他根据地的经济建设积累了经验.

The Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area attached great importance to economic construction in order to break the heavy blockade of Kuomintang troops during the Agrarian Revolutionary War.Measures were taken that a unified financial system was established,the land reform was actively carried out,agriculture was vigorously developed,and the industry and commerce were protected.These measures laid a foundation for consolidating and strengthening the armed regime of workers and peasants,and the Soviet Area accumulated experience for economic construction in other soviet areas.
