摘要
目前高师本科专业课堂教学中仍存在着教师讲授过多、师生互动形式单一、学习评价方式单一等情况,师范生的教育教学能力得不到有效提高,满足不了未来从事基础教育工作需要.表现性评价是一种旨在全面真实地评价学生潜力和学业能力的质性评价方法.本研究以洛阳师范学院化学专业的中学化学教学设计与评价课程为例,从理论和实践两个层面就表现性评价在师范专业课堂教学中的应用进行探索,并取得了实质性的效果.
In teaching of specialized courses for undergraduates in normal colleges and universities,existing problems become noticeable such as redundancy of instruction given by teachers,unitary form of interaction between teachers and students,and unitary way to evaluate learning performance.As a result,the education and teaching ability of normal students can’t be effectively improved,which can’t meet the needs of students engaging in basic education in the future.Performance evaluation is a qualitative evaluation method aiming at comprehensively evaluating students’potential and academic ability.With the course Chemistry Teaching Design and Evaluation offered by Luoyang Normal University as an example,this paper explores the application of performance evaluation in classroom teaching of Normal Speciality of Chemistry from both theoretical and practical aspects.Application of performance evaluation has achieved substantial results.
