包头体育场钢结构安全监测与评估

摘要 包头市奥林匹克体育中心-体育场钢结构工程主要由大跨度空间管桁架构成的建筑物,在长期服役过程中,体育场东、西钢罩棚主拱弦杆结构表面出现了凹凸、不可恢复的变形。经过查阅以往结构的监测数据,认为罩棚钢结构的刚度退化且产生病害现象是由罩棚下的支座与钢结构产生滑移引起的。通过对体育场支撑柱展开分析和研究,制定了针对支座节点位移的监测方案,并将采集的数据代入有限元分析软件进行应力分析,最终认为目前结构虽然存在安全隐患,但是型钢混凝土柱不需要立刻采取补救措施。 Baotou city of the Olympic sports center stadium-mainly used in steel structure engineering is a large-span spatial pipe truss structure buildings.The main arch chord structure surface of the east and west steel canopy of the stadium has concave convex and unrecoverable deformation in the long-term service,after consulting the monitoring data of previous structures,it is considered that the stiffness degradation and disease of the canopy steel structure are caused by the sliding between the support under the canopy and the steel structure.Through the analysis and research of the stadium support column,the monitoring scheme for the support node displacement is formulated,and the collected data are brought into the finite element analysis software for stress analysis.Finally,it is considered that although there are potential safety hazards in the current structure,the steel reinforced concrete column does not need to take remedial measures immediately.
