摘要
震后应急物资的及时供应对挽救生命至关重要,而应急物资供应能力的预测是供应的前提。基于城市地震应急物资供应系统分解,考虑防灾韧性的结构、空间和功能三方面的特征,提出一种地震灾害影响下应急物资供应系统防灾韧性评估指标体系和计算方法,并提出了韧性能力提升的适应性策略。
The timely supply of emergency supplies after an earthquake is crucial to save lives,and the prediction of emergency supplies supply capacity is a prerequisite for supply.Based on the decomposition of the earthquake emergency material supply system in urban areas,this paper constructs an index system and calculation method for assessing the disaster prevention and resilience of the emergency material supply system under the impact of earthquake disasters,considering the structural,spatial and functional characteristics of disaster prevention and resilience,and proposes an adaptive strategy for resilience capacity enhancement.
