摘要
以某一特定结构的旋流器作为研究对象,采用mixture混合模型、symmetric曳力模型及RSM雷诺应力模型等,通过数值模拟的手段分析操作参数、物性参数与分离效率之间的关系。其中,最佳溢流比为0.14;最高分离效率为96.85%;由于受剪切力的影响而出现变形、破碎及再碰撞聚结的影响,粒径为1 mm时,分离效率最高。
This paper mainly takes a cyclone with a specific structure as the research object,adopts the mixture model,the symmetric drag model and the RSM Reynolds stress model,etc.,and analyzes the relationship among operating parameters,physical parameters and separation efficiency by means of numerical simulation.The optimal overflow ratio is 0.14.The highest separation efficiency is 96.85%.Due to the influence of shear force,deformation,fragmentation and re-collision coalescence occur.When the particle size is 1 mm,the separation efficiency is the highest.
