摘要
对链条压出力理论进行了深入研究,并针对链条过盈配合特点,对理论计算方法进行了优化,引入应力集中影响系数,减小了理论计算结果与实际试验之间的误差。同时,基于优化后的理论计算方法进行了ABAQUS有限元仿真分析和试验验证,进一步证明了该方法的通用性和有效性,为链系统压出力的计算提供了一种更加接近实际试验结果的理论计算方法。
This paper researches on the chain pressing-out force theory,and optimizes the theoretical calculation method according to the characteristics of the chain interference fit.The optimized method which introduces stress concentration coefficient reduces the error between theoretical calculation result and practical test.At the same time,ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis and experimental verification which are carried out on the basis of the optimized method proves the universality and effectiveness of the method,and provides a theoretical calculation method which is closer to the actual test results for the pressuring-out force calculation of chain system.
