国内外管道在线焊接安全技术条件对标研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国长输管道的快速发展,管道安全成为国家社会关注的焦点。由于施工缺陷、腐蚀和第三方活动,管道发生泄漏事故需要进行抢修。在线焊接具有高效、经济的特点,是管道抢修技术的发展方向。随着管道钢级和设计压力等级的提高,对在线焊接技术提出了更高要求。借鉴美国、俄罗斯高寒区先进的管道在线焊接技术理念,针对管道在线焊接的安全技术条件,包括环境条件、风速、湿度、安全压力和介质流速,开展国内外标准对标分析,调研了国外石油公司管道在线焊接的实践做法。提出了管道在线焊接技术改进建议,涵盖标准规范、设备研制、技术方案以及研究重点领域等。研究成果对于保证长输管道焊接质量以及提高管道抢修工作技术水平具有重要意义。 With the rapid development of long distance pipeline in China,pipeline safety has become the focus of national and social attention.Due to defects,corrosion and third parties,pipeline leakage accidents need to be repaired quickly.Online welding has the characteristics of high efficiency and economy,which is the development direction of pipeline emergency repair technology.With the improvement of pipeline steel grade and design pressure grade,higher requirements are put forward for online welding technology.Learning the concept of advanced online welding technology of pipeline in extremely cold region from the United States and Russia,aiming at the safety technical conditions of pipeline online welding,including environmental conditions,wind speed,humidity,safety pressure and medium flow rate,the paper carries out the standard benchmarking analysis at home and abroad,investigates the practice of pipeline online welding of foreign oil companies,and then put forward some improving suggestions of pipeline online welding technology,involving standards and specifications,equipment development,technical scheme and key research fields.The research results are of great significance to ensure the welding quality of long distance pipeline and improve the technical level of pipeline emergency repair.
