摘要 根据牛东、涩北等地区低渗、低压、水敏性气井压裂改造现状,结合青海油田现有压裂液体系及泡沫压裂液固有特性,在室内完成发泡剂筛选、稳泡剂优选、泡沫性能影响因素评价等系列泡沫压裂液相关研究工作,并形成了一套适用于青海油田低压、水敏地层的泡沫压裂液体系配方和泡沫压裂液实验评价方法。形成的泡沫压裂液体系在青海油田牛东气田进行了先导性试验,对比同区块常规胍胶压裂液施工井,泡沫压裂液在施工压力、液体效率、悬砂能力、返排速率等方面具有明显的优势。 According to the transformation state of gas well fracture with low permeability,slight pressure and water sensitivity,combined with current facture fluid system in Qinghai oilfields and inherent characteristics of foam fracture fluid,a series of relevant researches on form fracture fluid were finished in the laboratory,which included the screening of forming agent,the preference of foam stabilizer and the evaluation on the influencing factors of foam property.Then a set of prescriptions of foam fracture fluid system and evaluation program of foam fracture fluid experiment have been formed,which are fit for low-pressure,water sensitive stratum of Qinghai oilfields.The pilot test of formed foam fracture fluid system was conducted in Niudong gas field of Qinghai oilfields.Compared with wells using ordinary guar gum fracture fluid,foam fracture fluid presents obvious advantages in construction pressure,fluid efficiency,suspending sand ability,and re-row efficiency.
