连续油管钻磨带圈闭压力的水泥塞技术

摘要 连续油管钻磨水泥塞目前已经成为油气井开发过程中较为普遍的作业,由于井筒情况多种多样,连续油管钻磨水泥塞易出现一些风险,常见有遇卡、工具损伤等情况发生,严重时可能造成井控安全风险。分析了连续油管钻磨水泥塞的工艺安全优化措施,包括研磨性能好的PDC钻头。工作液应为摩阻低、高携带能力和低沉降速度的液体以及钻压控制。探讨了钻磨水泥塞期间可能出现的如返排减小、泵压异常、钻磨无进尺等异常情况的处置要点,以降低作业风险,提高施工质量,最终实现安全钻磨。 The drill grinding cement plug of coiled tubing has become one more usual operation in the exploitation of oil-gas wells.Because of different pitshift states,some risks easily occur to the drill grinding cement plugs in coiled tubing,such as sticking,tool damage,and in serious situation,well control safety risks will possibly take place.This paper analyzes optimization measures of craft safety on drill grinding cement plugs in coiled tubing,including PDC drilling bit with good grinding property,working liquids with low friction resistance,high carrying capacity and low sedimentation rate,as well as drilling pressure control.And then it discusses some disposal points of abnormal states in the period of drill grinding cement plugs,like the reduction of return row,abnormal pump pressure,drilling and grinding without footage and so on,in order to reduce the risk of operation,improve the quality of operation,and realize the safety drill grinding finally.
