江苏油田页岩油花页1HF井钻完井技术 被引量:1

Drilling and Completion Technology of Well Huaye 1HF in Shale Oil Field of Jiangsu Oilfield

摘要 针对江苏油区页岩油埋藏深、构造复杂、井底温度高、地层可钻性差、孔隙压力高、机械钻速低、成本高等问题,开展井身结构和井眼轨迹优化,应用激进钻进技术、地质导向甜点追踪技术、深井悬空侧钻技术、深井长封固段固井技术和白油基钻井液体系等提速提效提质技术,形成了适合于江苏油田的页岩油高效钻完井技术。应用表明:花页1HF导眼井实钻机械钻速最快达22.4 m/h,侧钻水平井钻速达到7.5 m/h,比邻井钻速提高80%。为东部老油田页岩油低成本高效开发提供了新思路。 In view of problems in Jiangsu oil area like the deep burial of shale oil,complex structure,high bottom hole temperature,weak formation drill-ability,high pore pressure,low ROP,and high cost,researchers carry out a series of technologies for improving speed,efficiency and quality,such as the optimization of wellbore structure and wellbore trajectory,application of aggressive drilling,geosteering sweet spot tracking technology,deep well suspended sidetracking,deep well cementing technology,oil-based drilling fluid system and so on,forming high efficient drilling and completion well technology suitable for the development of shale oil in Jiangsu Oilfields.The practice shows that actual mechanical drilling rate at Huaye guiding eye well 1HF is up to 22.4 m/h,and the drilling speed of sidetrack horizontal well is 7.5m/h,which is 80%higher than that of adjacent wells.This provides a new idea for the low-cost and high-efficiency development of shale oil in the old oilfields in the east.
