醇溶性无机富锌涂料的配方优化及应用性能

摘要 考察锌粉、线性树脂、颜填料对醇溶性无机富锌涂料漆膜性能的影响,优化了涂料配方和固化工艺,制备出高性能无机富锌涂料,涂料具备易施工、湿膜厚度200μm不流挂,干膜厚度达130μm不开裂。配方环保,不含砷、氰等重金属,固化后的漆膜附着力达到3.5 MPa,耐腐蚀性能大于3500 h,耐冷凝实验大于30 d。 The influence of zinc powder,linear resin,content of pigments and fillers on the properties of inorganic zinc-rich primer was investigated.Optimized coating formulation and curing process.A high-performance inorganic zinc-rich coating is prepared,which is easy to apply and has a wet film thickness of 200μm without sagging.Dry film thicknesses up to 130μm does not crack.The formula is environmentally friendly,free of arsenic,cyanide and other heavy metals.After curing,the adhesion of the paint film reaches 3.5 MPa,the corrosion resistance is more than 3500 h,and the condensation resistance test is more than 30 d.
