低钙高矿化度油井采出水用复合缓蚀剂的研制

摘要 以吡啶类衍生物(PY-2)、季铵盐类(QS-3)、咪唑啉类衍生物(IM-4)为原料,研制出了油井采出水用复合缓蚀剂PyCR-OPW,应用静态挂片实验和动电位极化曲线研究了PyCR-OPW的缓蚀性能与电化学机理。结果表明,复合缓蚀剂的最优组合为PY-2加量为7 g,QS-3加量为4 g,IM-4加量为1 g时,PyCR-OPW的缓蚀性能最优,PyCR-OPW的质量浓度100 mg/L,体系温度为80℃时,J55的腐蚀速率为0.0719 mm/a,缓蚀率为70.41%,表现出良好的耐温性能。PyCR-OPW是抑制阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂;周期投加和连续投加两种加药方式结合,大大降低了日投药浓度和油井采出水的防腐蚀成本。 Composite corrosion inhibitor PyCR-OPW for well production water was developed,using pyridine derivatives(PY-2),quaternary ammonium salts(QS-3),and imidazoline derivatives(IM-4)as raw materials,the corrosion inhibition properties and electrochemical mechanism of PyCR-OPW were studied by applying the static hanging experiment and the dynamic potential polarization curve.The results showed PyCR-OPW had the best corrosion suppression when the optimal combination was 7 g PY-2,4 g QS-3,and 1 g IM-4,and pyraternary ammonium had the greatest effect on the results,when the mass concentration of PyCR-OPW was 100 mg/L,PyCR-OPW was showed good temperature resistance when the system temperature was 80℃,the corrosion rate of J55 was 0.0719 mm/a,and the corrosion rate was 70.41%;PyCR-OPW was a mixed inhibitor mainly by cathode;the daily dosing concentration and the corrosion prevention cost of well production waters were greatly reduced with the combination of periodic injection and continuous dosing methods.
