生物基纳米胶囊的合成与应用研究进展

摘要 综述了生物基纳米胶囊的配方和理化特性,重点介绍了纳米胶囊制备方法的最新研究进展,提出了纳米胶囊应用的挑战和机遇。纳米胶囊是由无毒聚合物膜构成的纳米级囊泡系统,其外壳在纳米尺度上封装内部活性物质,在所需的时间范围内将活性成分输送到正确位置并控制释放。纳米胶囊能够更有效地使用活性成分,保护这些物质以在不利环境中被降解,实现可控释放和精确靶向,在药物输送、营养保健品、食品工业、生物技术、自愈材料、纳米机器人、农业和环境等领域有广阔的应用前景。 The formulation and physical and chemical properties of bio-based nanocapsules are reviewed,and the latest research progress in the preparation of nanocapsules is introduced,and the challenges and opportunities for nanocapsule applications are presented.Nanocapsules are nano-scale vesicle systems composed of non-toxic polymer membranes.The outer shell encapsulates the internal active substances on the nanoscale,and delivers the active ingredients to the correct position and controlled release within the required time frame.Nanocapsules can use active ingredients more effectively and protect these substances from being degraded in unfavorable environments for achieving controlled release and precise targeting,which have broad application prospects in the fields of drug delivery,nutrition and health products,food industry,biotechnology,self-healing materials,nanorobots,agriculture and environment.
