摘要
介绍了液化气体运输设备,移动压力容器的应用背景及其结构组成,综述报告了国内外移动压力容器轻量化技术研究现状及进展,进行了轻质材料、轻体结构、应变强化工艺、不同设计标准选用、安全系数下调等方面的调查,重点描述了轻量化改进技术与方向。分析表明国内外对液化气体运输设备轻量化的研究应用日益重视,降低移动压力容器设备自重,提高气体运输效率,低碳经济、节能减排。
The liquefied gas transportation equipment,moving the application background and the structure of the pressure vessel were introduced.The lightweight mobile pressure vessel technology at home and abroad research situation and progress were reported by review.The investigation of light material,light body structure,strain strengthening process,selection of different design standards and reduction of safety factor were carried out.The improvement technology and direction of lightweight were described emphatically.The analysis shows that the research and application of lightweight liquefied gas transportation equipment at home and abroad pay more attention to reduce the dead weight of mobile pressure vessel equipment,improve gas transportation efficiency,low carbon economy,energy saving and emission reduction.
