75例阿尔茨海默病家庭主要照顾者益处发现评定量表评分与其经验性回避的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of BFS score and empirical avoidance in 75 family′s primary caregivers of patients with Alzheimer′s disease

目的:调查阿尔茨海默病(AD)家庭主要照顾者的益处发现评定量表(BFS)评分与其经验性回避现状,分析两者间的相关性。方法:选取我院2020年3月至2021年3月75例AD患者主要照顾者作为研究对象,通过收集AD患者及其家庭照顾者资料,评估家庭照顾者的感知益处现状,采用多元线性回归分析影响AD患者家庭主要照顾者BFS评分的因素,采用Pearson分析探讨BFS评分与经验性回避的相关性。结果:AD患者家庭主要照顾者BFS总分为(47.52±5.17)分,接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-Ⅱ)总分为(40.25±3.86)分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,AD患者的病程、合并症、病情严重程度、日常生活能力以及主要照顾者的年龄、与患者关系、文化程度、婚姻状况、有无工作、家庭收入情况、AAQ-Ⅱ评分、照顾负担为AD患者家庭主要照顾者BFS评分的影响因素(P<0.05);AD患者家庭主要照顾者BFS评分越高,患者经验性回避状况越轻,BFS评分与经验性回避呈负相关(r=-0.629,P<0.05)。结论:AD患者家庭主要照顾者感知益处水平较低,经验性回避状态较严重,两者为负相关,有针对性为AD患者家庭主要照顾者提升感知益处,有助于改善其经验性回避状态。

Objective:To investigate the status of Benefit Finding Scale(BFS)score and empirical avoidance in family’s primary caregivers of patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD),and to analyze the correlation between the two.Methods:A total of 75 patients with AD in our hospital from Mar 2020 to Mar 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Data of patients and their family’s primary caregivers were collected to evaluate the status of perceived benefit of family caregivers.Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to explore the influencing factors of BFS score of family caregivers,and correlation between BFS score and empirical avoidance was analyzed by Pearson analysis.Results:The total score of BFS was(47.52±5.17),and the total score of AAQ-Ⅱwas(40.25±3.86).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the course of disease,complications,severity of disease and ability of daily living of AD patients,and age,relationship with patients,education level,marital status,job or not,family income,AAQ-Ⅱscore and burden of family’s primary caregivers were the influencing factors of BFS score of primary caregivers of AD patients(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between BFS score and empirical avoidance(r=-0.629,P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of perceived benefit of family’s primary caregivers of AD patients is low,and the state of experiential avoidance is serious.The two are negatively correlated.Improving the perceived benefit of family’s primary caregivers of AD patients is helpful to improve their experiential avoidance status.
