肾病综合征复发患儿家长疾病认知水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of disease cognition level of parents of children with recurrent nephrotic syndrome and its influencing factors

目的:探讨肾病综合征(NS)复发患儿家长疾病认知水平及影响因素。方法:以方便抽样方式选择2020年1月至2021年10月在我院住院的86例NS复发患儿家长作为研究对象,分析NS复发患儿家长疾病认知水平及影响因素。结果:NS复发患儿家长疾病认知总分为(52.78±6.48)分;单因素分析显示,居住地、患儿疾病复发次数、文化程度与NS复发患儿家长疾病认知水平有关(P<0.05);年龄、性别、患儿疾病复发原因、婚姻状况、医疗费用支付方式、家庭人均月收入与NS复发患儿家长疾病认知水平无关(P>0.05);经多元逐步回归分析显示,居住地农村、患儿疾病复发次数≤3次、文化程度初中及以下是影响NS复发患儿家长疾病认知水平的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论:NS复发患儿家长疾病认知水平有待提高,其受居住地、患儿疾病复发次数、文化程度影响。

Objective: To investigate the disease cognition level of parents of children with recurrent nephrotic syndrome(NS) and its influencing factors. Methods:A total of 86 parents of children with recurrent NS hospitalized in our hospital from Jan 2020 to Oct 2021 were selected by convenient sampling. The disease cognition level and influencing factors of parents of children with recurrent NS were analyzed. Results:The total score of disease cognition of parents of children with recurrent NS was(52.78±6.48). Univariable analysis showed that residence, disease recurrence times and education level were related to the disease cognition level of parents of children with recurrent NS(P<0.05). Age, gender, causes of disease recurrence, marital status, payment methods of medical expenses and family per capita monthly income were not related to the disease cognition level of parents of children with recurrent NS(P>0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the high-risk factors affecting the disease cognition level of parents of children with recurrent NS were their residence in rural areas,the number of disease recurrence ≤3 times,junior high school education and below(P<0.05). Conclusion:The disease cognition level of parents of children with recurrent NS needs to be improved,which is affected by the place of residence,the number of disease recurrence and education level.
