二甲双胍调控子宫内膜容受性的机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 胚胎着床是一个复杂的、动态的生理过程,子宫内膜容受性对胚胎着床十分关键。子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜允许胚泡定位、粘附、侵入并最终着床、发育的能力。二甲双胍作为一种胰岛素增敏剂,在改善胰岛素抵抗患者能量代谢及其并发症方面有明显的作用,并在改善多囊卵巢综合征患者排卵方面也有显著效果。但二甲双胍能否影响子宫内膜容受性及其可能的作用机制尚不清楚。本文总结了目前二甲双胍在调控能量代谢、氧化应激及炎症方面的作用机制,并对其可能影响子宫内膜容受性的机制进行了分析,拓展了对二甲双胍临床治疗应用的理解。 Embryo implantation is a complex and dynamic physiological process,and endometrial receptivity is critical for embryo implantation.Endometrial receptivity refers to the ability of endometrium receives embryo to attach,invade,eventually implant and development.Metformin,as an insulin sensitizer,was reported with crucial effects on improving energy metabolism and its complications in patients with insulin resistance.It also has significant effect on improving ovulation in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.However,whether metformin can affect endometrial receptivity and the possible underlying mechanisms of action remain unclear.This paper summarized the current mechanism of metformin in regulating energy metabolism,oxidative stress and inflammation,and deducing its possible influence on endometrial receptivity,thus expanding our understanding of metformin’s clinical application.
