贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)的研究进展

Advances in the study of Bacillus velezensis

贝莱斯芽孢杆菌是芽孢杆菌属的一个新种,在农业上具有促进植物生长和抑制植物病原菌的作用,具有很大的被研发为生防制剂的潜力,在工业上也可被应用于降解有害的工业副产品,还可被广泛应用于生物医学。因此,近年来备受关注。本文就贝莱斯芽孢杆菌的发现与分类、基因组研究、生防作用及应用几个方面展开综述,以期为后续的研究与开发提供参考。

Bacillus velezensis, which is a new species of Bacillus, can promote plant growth and inhibit plant pathogens in agriculture and has great potential to be developed as a biocontrol agent. It can also be used in industry to degrade industrial harmful by-products and be widely used in biomedicine.Therefore, it has attracted much attention in recent years. In this paper,the discovery and classification, genome research, biological control and application of B. velezensis were reviewed in order to provide reference for further research and development.
