摘要
本文利用我国2011~2020年14个制造业细分行业面板数据,运用熵值法,从3个维度对制造业高质量发展水平进行测度,并实证研究工业机器人应用对制造业高质量发展的影响。结果显示,工业机器人应用与制造业高质量发展之间呈现先抑制后促进的U型变化关系。异质性分析发现,工业机器人应用对制造业高质量发展存在明显的异质性。从工业机器人应用程度差异性来看,应用程度较低的行业工业机器人应用与制造业高质量发展呈现负向线性关系,而应用程度较高的行业两者之间存在U型非线性关系。从技术水平差异性来看,低技术制造业工业机器人应用与制造业高质量发展之间存在U型特征。工业机器人应用促进中技术制造业高质量发展,但阻碍高技术制造业高质量发展。
This paper uses the panel data of 14 manufacturing industry segments in my country from 2011 to 2020,and uses the entropy method to measure the high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry from three dimensions, and empirically studies the impact of industrial robot applications on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.The results show that there is a U-shaped change relationship between the application of industrial robots and the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, which is inhibited first and then promoted.Heterogeneity analysis finds that there is obvious heterogeneity in the application of industrial robots to the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.From the perspective of the difference in the degree of application of industrial robots, there is a negative linear relationship between the application of industrial robots in industries with a low degree of application and the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, while there is a U-shaped nonlinear relationship between the two in industries with a high degree of application.From the perspective of technical level differences, there is a U-shaped characteristic between the application of industrial robots in low-tech manufacturing and the high-quality development of manufacturing.The application of industrial robots promotes the high-quality development of medium-tech manufacturing, but hinders the high-quality development of high-tech manufacturing.
