水泥、石灰改良建筑垃圾的击实性能试验研究

摘要 选取水泥、石灰作为改良材料,利用击实试验研究含水率、粗骨料掺量、不同改良材料对建筑垃圾骨料压实性能的影响。结果表明:对于水泥改良建筑垃圾骨料,最佳含水率和最大干密度随着粗骨料掺量增加而增加;随着水泥掺量增加,最大干密度先增后减,水泥的最优掺量为5%左右;对于石灰改性建筑垃圾骨料,随着含水率增加,干密度先增后减;随着石灰掺量的增加,最佳含水率增加,最大干密度减小且水敏感性降低,石灰改良效果不如水泥。 Cement and lime were selected as improvement materials and the effects of moisture content,coarse aggregate content and different improvement materials on the compaction performance of construction waste aggregates were investigated using compaction tests. The study shows that for cement-amended construction waste aggregates,the optimum moisture content and maximum dry density increased with the increase of coarse aggregate content;with the increase of cement content,the maximum dry density first increases and then decreases,and the optimal content is about 5%;for lime-modified construction moisture aggregate,the dry density increases first and then decreases with the increase of water content. With the increase of lime dosage,the optimum moisture content increased,the maximum dry density decreased and the water sensitivity decreased. All things considered,the improvement effect of lime is not as good as cement. The optimum cement content is 5% and moisture content should be strictly controlled during construction.
