基于德尔菲法研制护士对心力衰竭患者容量管理知信行现状调查问卷

Construction of status questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and practice of nurse capacity management for patients with heart failure based on the Delphi method

目的编制护士对心力衰竭患者容量管理知信行现状调查问卷。方法以知信行理论为基础,通过查阅文献、理论分析、临床调研和小组讨论形成护士对心力衰竭患者容量管理知信行现状调查问卷,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家咨询,对问卷各条目进行修订,形成最终问卷。结果2轮专家咨询积极系数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.926和0.933,Kendall′s W协调系数分别为0.153和0.170(均P<0.05)。经过2轮专家函询后,形成的问卷包括3个维度共51个条目,即认知现状(23个条目)、态度现状(17个条目)及行为现状(11个条目)。结论基于德尔菲法研制的护士对心力衰竭患者容量管理知信行现状调查问卷具有较高的可靠性,可用于后期横断面调查,为有效持续改进心力衰竭患者容量管理的护理水平提供参考依据。

Objective To develop a status questionnaire of knowledge-attitude-practice of nurse capacity management for patients with heart failure.Methods Based on the theory of knowledge-attitude-practice,a questionnaire was formed by consulting literature,theoretical analysis,clinical research and group discussion.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using the Delphi method,and the entries of the questionnaire were revised to form a final questionnaire.Results Two-round experts had a positive coefficient of 100%,and the authority coefficient was 0.926 and 0.933,and the Kendall′s W coordination coefficient was 0.153 and 0.170(all P<0.05).After two rounds of expert inform,the initial questionnaire formed included 3 dimensions of 51 entries,namely nurses'cognitive status(23 entries),attitude(17 entries)and behavioral status(11 entries).Conclusion Nurses based on Delphi law have high reliability on the capacity management of heart failure patients,and the correlation analysis and influencing factors can be analyzed for later cross-section surveys,and provide a reference basis for continuously improve of capacity management of cardiical failure.
