择时揿针对结直肠癌患者癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of timing thumb-tack needle on cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality of patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨择时揿针对结直肠癌患者癌因性疲乏(cancer-related fatigue,CRF)及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月-12月长春市某三甲医院收治的结直肠癌并伴有慢性疲乏的患者60例作为研究对象,以2021年1月-6月就诊患者为对照组,以2021年7月-12月就诊患者为观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规肿瘤专科护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予择时揿针干预。采用癌症疲乏量表(cancer fatigue scale,CFS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评估2组疲乏症状及睡眠状况。结果治疗13 d后,观察组CFS评分、PSQI评分及睡眠障碍发生率均低于对照组(t=6.76,P<0.01;t=2.70,P<0.01;χ2=4.34,P=0.04)。结论择时揿针疗法可有效提高结直肠癌患者的睡眠质量、降低睡眠障碍的发生率,减轻患者疲乏程度,该治疗安全、有效、可实施性强,有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of timing thumb-tack needle on cancer-related fatigue(CRF)and sleep quality of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods From January to December 2021,60 patients with colorectal cancer and chronic fatigue admitted to a tertiary hospital in Changchun City were selected as the study objects,and according to the time of treatment,the patients presented between January and June 2021 were taken as the control group,and the patients visited between July and December 2021 were taken as the observation group,and 30 cases were in each group.The control group were given perioperative and chemotherapy-related routine nursing,and the observation group were given timed needle pressing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Cancer fatigue scale(CFS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to compare the scores of the two groups.Results After treatment for 13 days,the CFS score、PSQI score and the incidence of sleep disorders in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.76,P<0.01;t=2.70,P<0.01;χ2=4.34,P=0.04).Conclusion Timing thumb-tack needle therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality of colorectal cancer patients,reduce the incidence of sleep disorders,reduce the degree of fatigue of patients,the treatment is safe,effective,and implementable.It has clinical promotion value.
