液压支架立柱激光熔覆再制造工艺研究

摘要 采用镍基合金粉末对液压支架立柱中缸筒、活柱进行激光熔覆试验,分析不同工艺参数条件下的熔覆层质量,得到适合立柱中缸筒、活柱基体激光熔覆的最优工艺参数(激光功率3 500 W,扫描速度7 mm/s),并将其运用于ZY 10000/25/55 D型大修液压支架立柱中缸筒外表面激光熔覆过程。结果表明,最优工艺参数适用于液压支架立柱中缸筒、活柱激光熔覆工艺。 Laser cladding experiments on the cylinder and the live column of hydraulic supporting prop were carried out by using nickel-based alloy powder, and the quality of cladding layers under different technological parameters was analyzed. The optimal technological parameters were obtained as the laser power=3 500 W and scanning speed=7 mm/s, which were applied to the laser cladding process of the outer surface of cylinder of ZY 10000/25/55 D type overhaul hydraulic supporting prop. The results show that the optimal parameters are suitable for the laser cladding process of cylinder and live column of hydraulic supporting prop.
