多联大跨度钢桁桥上无缝线路设计方案可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高桥上无缝线路的稳定性,考虑多联大跨度钢桁桥梁轨相互作用复杂等特点,建立线-桥-墩耦合模型,提出了五种桥上无缝线路设计方案,并分别对五种方案进行钢轨强度和稳定性检算,研究方案的可行性。结果表明:对于全桥铺设常阻力扣件方案、连续梁边跨与相邻简支梁铺设小阻力扣件方案、连续梁跨中设置伸缩调节器方案,钢轨强度不能满足规范要求;对于连续梁边跨铺设零阻力扣件方案,断缝值为102.27 mm,不满足要求;对于连续梁边跨设置单向伸缩调节器方案,各项指标均满足要求。因此,为减小梁轨间相互作用,建议多联大跨度钢桁桥铺设无缝线路时采用连续梁边跨设置单向伸缩调节器方案。 In order to improve the stability of the CWR(Continuous Wield Rail)track on the bridge,considering the complex interaction between multi connected long-span steel truss bridges and rails,a railway-bridge-pier coupling model was established,five kinds of CWR track design schemes on the bridge were proposed,and the rail strength and stability of the five schemes were checked respectively to study the feasibility of the scheme.The results show that the steel rail strength can not meet the requirements of the specifications for the schemes of laying constant resistance fasteners on the whole bridge,laying small resistance fasteners on the side spans of continuous beams and adjacent simply supported beams,and setting expansion adjuster in the middle spans of continuous beams.For the scheme of laying zero resistance fasteners on the side span of continuous beam,the fracture value is 102.27 mm,which does not meet the requirements.For the scheme of setting one-way expansion adjuster on the side span of continuous beam,all indexes meet the requirements.Therefore,in order to reduce the interaction between beams and rails,it is suggested that the scheme of setting one-way expansion adjusters on the side spans of continuous beams should be adopted when CWR tracks on multi connected long-span steel truss bridges were laid.
