摘要
采用装配式轨道技术实施了国内首次地铁库内轨道原位换铺试验,在同一条库内线分别对9种轨道结构进行了测试。结果表明:装配式轨道能够无损、快速拆卸和安装,综合施工速度达到150 m/d;除测试速度为15 km/h时聚氨酯减振垫(满铺)振动插入损失小于减振扣件B外,其余速度条件下减振垫振动插入损失均大于减振扣件;三种测试速度下5 km/h振动插入损失最大,15 km/h振动插入损失最小;库内地面振动源强随测试速度提高而增大;同时满足所有速度条件下上盖结构白天和夜间振动要求的减振轨道结构有橡胶减振垫A、聚氨酯减振垫(条铺)、橡胶减振垫B。
The first domestic original position replacing test in the metro depot was carried out by using the assembled track technology,and 9 kinds of track structures were tested on the same depot inner line.The results show that the assembled track has realized non-destructive and rapid disassembly and installation,and the comprehensive construction speed can reach 150 m/d.Except that the vibration insertion loss of polyurethane damping pad(fully paving)is less than that of damping fastener B when the test speed is 15 km/h,the vibration insertion loss of damping pad is greater than that of damping fastener at other speeds.The maximum vibration insertion loss is at 5 km/h and the minimum vibration insertion loss is at 15 km/h under three test speeds.The intensity of ground vibration source in the depot increases with the increase of testing speed.At the same time,the damping track structures that meet the requirements for the daytime and nighttime vibration of the upper cover structure under all speed conditions include rubber damping pad A,polyurethane damping pad(strip paving),and rubber damping pad B.
