基于室内物探模型试验的岩溶注浆效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 在岩溶发育的城市地区,通常采用注浆充填的方法填补空洞,但注浆时所使用的普通水泥浆液重度大,稳定性差,凝结时间长。针对这一不足,本文在原普通水泥浆液的基础上加入硅灰、铝粉膏等新材料进行多次试验调整,获得改良岩溶注浆材料,将浆液的性能测试分析与高密度电法检测注浆情况的室内模型试验相结合,分析岩溶注浆效果。结果表明:与普通水泥浆液相比,改良岩溶注浆材料析水率更低,凝结时间更早,浆液的膨胀性显著,所形成的结石体密度与强度均得到有效提高,整体注浆效果得到明显改善。高密度电法室内模型试验能够很好地反映注浆效果,对注浆效果检测有一定的参考作用。 In urban areas with karst development,grouting filling method was usually used to fill the cavity,but the ordinary cement slurry used in grouting was heavy,unstable and has a long setting time.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper added silica fume,aluminum powder paste and other new materials on the basis of the original ordinary cement slurry and conducts multiple test adjustments to obtain improved karst grouting materials.At the same time,in order to test the grouting effect of the new slurry reasonably and effectively,this paper combined the performance test analysis of the slurry with the indoor model test of the grouting condition detected by high-density electrical method to form a comparative analysis of the improved karst grouting material and the original slurry.The test results show that compared with ordinary cement slurry,the improved karst grouting material has lower water bleeding rate,earlier setting time and significant expansion property.The density and strength of the formed stones have been effectively improved,and the overall grouting effect has been significantly improved.The indoor model test of highdensity electrical method could well reflect the grouting effect,and has a certain reference role for grouting effect detection.
