摘要
开展L_(9)(3^(3))正交试验,研究3种基质(椰糠、红土、沙子)以及3种插穗长度(40 cm、60 cm、80 cm)和3个不同插穗径级(<3 cm、3~5 cm、>5 cm)对辣木扦插生根的影响。结果表明:基质是影响扦插生根率的关键因子,其次是插穗的长度和插穗粗度,采用椰糠作为扦插基质,插穗长度为80 cm,能够提高辣木扦插生根率,最佳的处理为采用椰糠基质、插穗长度为80 cm、基径大于5 cm,生根率达83.3^(3)%。
L_(9)(3^(3))orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the effects of three substrates(coconut bran,red soil and sand),three cuttings lengths(40 cm,60 cm and 80 cm)and three different cuttings base diameters(<3 cm,3~5 cm and>5 cm)on the rooting rate of Moringa oleifera.The results showed that the substrate was the key factor affecting the rooting rate of Moringa oleifera cutting,followed by the length of cuttings and the thickness of cuttings.The rooting rate of Moringa oleifera cutting could be improved when taking coconut bran as the cutting substrate at the cuttings length was of 80cm.The best rooting effect was 83.3^(3)%when coconut bran medium was used,the length of cuttings was 80 cm,and the basal diameter was greater than 5 cm.
