摘要
以新型航改燃气轮机复杂双转子-支承系统为研究对象,研究动力涡轮转子-支承系统在套齿联轴器不对中故障情况下转子动力学特性及对整机振动的影响规律。从故障机理研究、建模方法研究和真实燃机转子系统仿真分析3个方面,全面研究了转子系统联轴器不对中故障对整机振动的影响。得到了整机振动响应中径向振动倍频成分表现、轴向振动特点和轴心轨迹变化情况,为故障诊断、排除和仿真复现提供理论基础和非线性仿真方法。
Taking the complex twin-rotor-support system of a new type of gas turbine as the research object,the vibration characteristics and influence law of the power turbine rotor system under the misalignment fault of the bushing coupling are studied.In this paper,the influence of misalignment fault of rotor coupling on vibration of whole machine is studied from three aspects:fault mechanism,modeling method and simulation analysis of real gas turbine rotor system.The characteristics of radial vibration frequency doubling component,axial vibration characteristics and axial center trajectory change in vibration response of the whole machine are obtained,which provide theoretical basis and nonlinear simulation method for fault diagnosis,elimination and simulation.
