摘要
以1040mm静叶片为研究对象,对二维静叶叶型和三维叶型积叠方式进行优化,CFD数值计算表明,优化后末两级叶片总对静等熵效率提升1.37%,末级叶片根部反动度提升27.8%,1040mm末级长叶片气动性能及变工况能力得到显著提升。
In this paper,optimization is carried out for profile and stacking line of the stator.The CFD results indicate that aerodynamic performance and off-design performance of 1040mm last stage blade is significantly enhanced after the optimization,with the isentropic efficiency increasing by 1.37%and degree of reaction near the root increasing by 27.8%.
