基于子CRC的智能变电站改扩建测试边界技术研究

摘要 针对智能变电站改扩建工作中继电保护和安全自动装置测试工作繁琐、停电影响范围大,且容易遗漏被测试设备等问题,通过循环冗余校验(CRC)技术得到测试边界给出改扩建工作中需要测试的设备,提取应当测试的智能电子设备(IED),避免非必要的IED传动测试。通过CRC校验进行IED域划分,然后结合子CRC的校验给出测试边界,并通过最小子CRC一致性校验将单个设备测试范围缩减到最小。现场应用分析表明,本研究可以正确提示应测试的设备,并最大限度缩小改扩建及检修工作中测试范围,从而减少一次设备陪停、二次设备投入退出操作,提高改扩建工作安全性和工作效率。 In view of the cumbersome test work of relay protection and safety automatic devices in the reconstruction and expansion of smart substations,the influence of power outages is large,and the equipment to be tested is easily missed,the test boundary is obtained through cyclic redundancy check(CRC)technology.Equipment that needs to be tested in the expansion work,extract the intelligent electronic equipment(IED)that should be tested,and avoid unnecessary IED drive test.The IED domain is divided through the CRC check,and then the test boundary is given by combining the check of the sub-CRC,and the test range of a single device is reduced to the minimum through the minimum sub-CRC consistency check.The field application analysis shows that this study can correctly indicate the equipment to be tested,and minimize the testing scope in the reconstruction,expansion and maintenance work,thereby reducing the auxiliary shutdown of primary equipment and the operation of secondary equipment input and withdrawal,and improving the safety and work efficiency of reconstruction and expansion work.efficiency.
