摘要
某换流站调相机年度检修时发现转子直流电阻超标,因此对转子导电回路涉及的接头和连接部位进行缺陷定位,确定了内集电环侧的导电螺钉直流电阻超标。对该部位进行解体检查消缺,复装后转子直流电阻合格,调相机年度检修后调相机顺利并网,保证了对直流系统的无功支撑稳定性。
During the annual maintenance of the condenser in a converter station,the DC resistance of the rotor was founded exceeded the standard.Therefore,the defects of the joints and connecting parts involved in the rotor conductive circuit are located and the cause is determined that the DC resistance of the conductive screw on the side of the inner collector ring exceeds the standard.After inspection of the dissembled parts and defect elimination,the DC resistance of reassembled rotor is up to the standard.Finally in end of the annual maintenance,the condenser is smoothly connected to the network,ensuring the steady reactive power support for DC system.
