摘要
以某炼厂的催化烟气脱硫脱硝装置为例,简要介绍了装置概况及升级改造情况。针对脱硫脱硝余热锅炉运行过程中最常见的激波吹灰系统硫的露点腐蚀问题,结合装置运行及腐蚀情况进行分析,提出了相应的改进措施,降低了脱硫脱硝余热锅炉激波吹灰系统出现硫的露点腐蚀的频次,也降低了装置的运行风险。
Taking the catalytic flue gas desulfurization and denitrification unit of a refinery as an example,the general situation and upgrading reconstruction of the unit are briefly introduced.Aiming at the dew point corrosion problem of sulfur in the shock wave ash blowing system which is most common in the operation process of desulphurization and denitrification waste heat boiler,the corresponding measures are put forward combining with the operation and corrosion status of the unit,which reduced the frequency of sulfur leakage corrosion in the shock blowing system of desulphurization and denitrification waste heat boiler,as well as the operation risk of the unit.
