摘要
稀土催化剂具有催化活性高、单体转化率高、产品顺式结构含量高、凝胶和灰分含量低、引发剂残留物对橡胶性能无害、产品应用广泛等优点,成为合成橡胶研究开发的热点。文章介绍了稀土催化剂在合成聚丁二烯橡胶、异戊二烯橡胶、丁二烯-苯乙烯橡胶等的应用研究进展,提出了提高催化剂的活性与稳定性、降低催化剂用量、加快工业化制备技术的研究以及开发新的催化剂体系等建议。
Rare earth catalyst used as synthetic rubber catalyst has the advantages of high catalytic activity,high monomer conversion rate,high cis-structure content,low gel content and ash content,initiator residue harmless to rubber properties,and wide applications,which is a hot spot for the research and development of synthetic rubber in recent years.The research progress of application of rare earth catalyst in polybutadiene rubber,isoprene rubber,butadiene-styrene rubber,etc.is introduced,and the suggestions on improving the activity and stability of catalyst,reducing the dosage,accelerating the research of industrial preparation technology and developing new catalyst system are proposed.
