飞来峡枢纽船闸工程大体积混凝土温度控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前中国交通行业越来越发达,并且随着人们对交通需求的不断提高,河流航运不断发展,导致中国船闸数量越来越多,而且尺寸也相对应的增大。虽然中国的相关工程技术正在不断完善,但是混凝土裂缝问题仍然存在问题.导致混凝土裂缝的主要原因之一就是温度控制,这将直接影响到混凝土内部钢筋的质量,从而缩短船闸工程的寿命。文章针对船闸施工中温度控制技术的大体积混凝土进行了相关研究及数据分析,通过混凝土运输过程、浇筑过程的温度控制,仓面喷雾降温,分层及层间歇期控制等温控措施,有效的解决问题。 At present,China's transportation industry is becoming more and more developed,and with the continuous improvement of people's demand for transportation,river shipping is also developing continuously,resulting in more and more locks,and the size increases correspondingly.Although the relevant engineering techniques of our country are being improved constantly,however,the problem of cracks in the concrete remains,one of the main reasons of the concrete crack is temperature control,which will directly affect the quality of the reinforced bars of the concrete interior,which reduces the life of the lock project.In this paper,relevant research and data analysis are carried out for the mass concrete with temperature control technology in the construction of lock.Through temperature control measures such as concrete transportation process and pouring process,silo surface spray cooling,layering and layer intermittent period control,the problem can be effectively solved.
