摘要
采用不同抗水分散剂配制高抗水分散同步注浆材料,研究抗水分散剂种类(PAM、MC、XG、SF)及掺量对注浆材料稠度、流动度、泌水率、黏度及水陆强度比的影响。研究表明,SF、MC对注浆材料泌水率改善作用较好,对注浆材料稠度、流动度及黏度影响不大,但对注浆材料水陆强度比提升作用不显著。PAM与XG对注浆材料水陆强度比改善作用显著,对注浆材料泌水率也有一定的改善作用,但较高掺量时会导致注浆材料黏度明显增加,流动度及稠度显著降低,从而对注浆材料可施工性能产生不利影响。因此,应综合考虑抗水分散剂的特异性,采用复合掺用的方式以发挥抗水分散剂优势互补的作用,进一步获得效果最佳的抗水分散效果。
Different water-resistant dispersants were used to prepare high water-resistant dispersion synchronous grouting materials.The effects of water-resistant dispersants(PAM,MC,XG,SF)and their contents on the consistency,fluidity,bleeding rate,viscosity and water land strength ratio of grouting materials were studied.The results show that SF and MC have good effect on improving the bleeding rate of grouting materials,but have little effect on the consistency,fluidity and viscosity of grouting materials,but have no significant effect on the water land strength ratio of grouting materials.PAM and XG can significantly improve the water land strength ratio of grouting materials,and also can improve the bleeding rate of grouting materials.However,when the amount of PAM and XG is higher,the viscosity of grouting materials will increase significantly,and the fluidity and consistency will decrease significantly,which will have adverse effects on the workability of grouting materials.Therefore,the specificity of water resistant dispersant should be comprehensively considered,and the way of compound mixing should be used to play the complementary role of water resistant dispersant,so as to further obtain the best anti water dispersion effect.
