摘要
水泥窑灰作为水泥生产的粉末排放物,严重影响生态环境,处理方法中最具前景的是用于配制混凝土。通过不同水泥窑灰取代率下的混凝土拌合物配合比测量试验发现:混凝土试样的初始坍落度、坍落度损伤及扩展度均随水泥窑灰取代率的增加而减少,且水泥窑灰对于坍落度和扩展度的影响程度上取代粉煤灰>取代矿渣;同时水泥窑灰可提高混凝土各龄期抗压强度,其中后期作用强度强于前期,且材料体系对混凝土强度的影响上水泥窑灰>粉煤灰>矿渣。通过非接触电阻率测试仪试验结果表明随着水泥窑灰的增多,初期电阻率和电阻率极小值降低,而电阻率极大值增加,且电阻率极小值和极大值的持续时间均不断提前。上述研究不仅阐述了水泥窑灰的影响机理,更为实际生活中混凝土材料体系配合比提供依据。
As a powder emission from cement production,cement kiln ash seriously affects the ecological environment.The most promising treatment method is to prepare concrete.Through the measurement experiment of concrete mixture ratio under different cement kiln ash replacement rate,it is found that the initial slump,slump damage and expansion of concrete samples decrease with the increase of cement kiln ash replacement rate,and the influence of cement kiln ash on slump and expansion is to replace fly ash>replace slag.At the same time,cement kiln ash can improve the strength of concrete at each age,in which the action strength in the later stage is stronger than that in the early stage,and the influence of material system on concrete strength is cement kiln ash>fly ash>slag.The test results of non-contact resistivity tester show that with the increase of cement kiln ash,the initial resistivity and minimum resistivity decrease,while the maximum resistivity increases,and the duration of the minimum and maximum resistivity continues to advance.The above research not only expounds the influence mechanism of cement kiln ash,but also provides a basis for the mix proportion of concrete material system in real life.
